Witchmark Single Origin Wiltshire Gin 5cl 43%

Witchmark Single Origin Wiltshire Gin 70cl 43%

Set in the heart of southwest Wiltshire in the historic village of Fonthill Bishop, and named after the medieval ‘witch marks’ carved into Fonthill’s old stone buildings, the beautiful 9000 acre Fonthill Estate provides us with the ideal surroundings to make the finest English whiskies.

Wiltshire gin is a celebration of floral elegance and citrus brightness, balanced with subtle herbal and spicy notes. The juniper-forward profile is harmonised by vibrant lime and grapefruit, while lavender, orange blossom, and jasmine bring a soft, fragrant complexity. Ginger and basil lend a warm, savoury edge, and the addition of sloe adds a touch of sweetness for a unique, layered flavour.
