Fine Wine from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
Moreish and smashable! It’s light but complex, delivering bright wild bramble, cocoa beans and a delicate layering of spice.
The beauty in this modern Sangiovese is in its simplicity. Concentrated red cherry fruits and just a faint hint of chalky/savoury bits lending an effortless, balanced drinkability. Slippery and silky – almost like velvet – with plenty of juicy acidity to keep it up-tempo and bright. You know, a wine like this you could happily enjoy on the regular, it is utterly delightful.
100% Sangiovese
