🌟 A crisp and precise Pfalz Riesling—elegantly dry, delicately fruity, and perfectly poised with natural finesse.
👁 In the Glass:
Pale lemon with green reflections—bright, clear, and youthful.
👃 On the Nose:
Fragrant and pure, offering aromas of green apple, white peach, and grapefruit zest. A subtle floral lift and mineral edge hint at the wine’s clean, cool-climate origins.
👅 On the Palate:
Dry, sleek, and finely textured. Delicate citrus and orchard fruit flavours are carried by a linear backbone of acidity. Refreshing, well-balanced, and mineral-driven, with a lingering, zesty finish.
🍽 Food Pairing:
Excellent with sushi, grilled fish, fresh salads, goat cheese, or Thai dishes with a citrusy kick. Its freshness and balance make it ideal for both light fare and subtly spiced cuisine.
⏳ Ageing Potential:
Drinking beautifully now, but can evolve over 3–5 years, gaining complexity and a touch of petrol character typical of fine Riesling.
