WEINGUT HOLGER KOCH, Pinot Noir, 6x75cl

🍷 Weingut Holger Koch – Pinot Noir: Spiced Elegance from the Hills of Baden 🇩🇪
Germany, Baden | Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder)

Refined, aromatic, and full of quiet intensity, Holger Koch’s Pinot Noir is a stunning expression of Germany’s southern Baden region. Crafted with a Burgundian touch but unmistakably rooted in its own terroir, this Pinot is all about balance—vibrant fruit, lifted spice, and silky texture.

🍒 Bright, Spicy & Gracefully Layered:
Crushed red berries leap from the glass—think raspberry, wild strawberry, and red cherry—intertwined with alluring spice, especially cloves and subtle pepper. On the palate, it’s elegant and fresh, with delicate tannins and remarkable depth that leads into a long, focused finish.

🌿 A German Pinot with Poise and Precision:
Grown on loess and limestone soils near the Kaiserstuhl, this wine reflects both the warmth of Baden and the finesse of cool-climate winemaking. Holger Koch’s minimal-intervention approach lets the fruit and site shine through with clarity and charm.

🍽️ Perfect with Lighter Meats & Spiced Dishes:
Pair with duck breast, pork tenderloin, mushroom risotto, or spiced lentil dishes. A fantastic red for versatile pairings and elegant occasions.

✨ Why You’ll Love It:
Holger Koch’s Pinot Noir is a beautifully balanced, spice-kissed red that delivers both delicacy and complexity. For lovers of cool-climate Pinot with lift, depth, and a whisper of Germany’s quiet brilliance, this bottle is a hidden gem.
