Ripe, juicy, sweet fruit, fine, quite lively acidity and fine tannin grip, good sustainability, herbaceous and floral nuances, a hint of dark berries, a little candy, good sustainability, mineral tones, good to very good, again sweet finish with candy notes.
As a wine accompaniment to salmon with green asparagus.
