Pale yellow with green tones. On the nose we find notes of white peach, green apple, white flowers and honeysuckle. On the palate, it has great freshness, balance and persistent finish.
Certainly big enough for strong flavours and would be perfect with seared or roast shellfish like lobster and scallops or simply roast chicken.
