Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
Geometry of Sound, a vibrant 6.5% IPA inspired by the visualisation of sound (also known as Cymatics). We took the audio theme from Comfort Settings and spun it in a new direction. Simply take a sip, close your eyes, listen to the sound, and imagine Chladni patterns forming from deep vibrations!
On the hot side, El Dorado and Sabro laid down a seriously fruity base, and the dry hop brings in some of our favorite NZ varieties to elevate it to another level. Aromatic, expressive, and brewed with music in mind. Big love to Wylam, happy 25th guys, and see you down front this week for “25 Years of Wylam: International Beer Festival.”
