🌟 One of Italy’s most iconic Gewürztraminers—exuberantly aromatic, impeccably balanced, and unmistakably Alpine.

👁 In the Glass:
Brilliant golden yellow—radiant and luxurious.

👃 On the Nose:
Explosively aromatic with rose petals, lychee, orange blossom, and exotic spices. Layers of tropical fruit, candied ginger, and clove create a heady, perfumed bouquet that’s signature Nussbaumer.

👅 On the Palate:
Lush and intense yet beautifully poised. Flavours of ripe mango, peach, and honeyed citrus glide across the palate, wrapped in a creamy texture and lifted by fresh acidity. The finish is long, spicy, and seductively floral.

🍽 Food Pairing:
Ideal with spicy Asian cuisine, foie gras, rich pâtés, spicy ramen or blue cheeses. Also a luxurious partner for lobster, scallops, or aromatic risottos.

⏳ Ageing Potential:
Wonderful now for its vibrancy, but can age gracefully for 6–8 years, gaining savoury and honeyed complexity.

✨ Why You’ll Love It:
‘Nussbaumer’ is a benchmark Gewürztraminer from one of Alto Adige’s most celebrated producers. Bold yet refined, it delivers intoxicating aromatics, precision, and texture—offering a world-class expression of this noble grape from a breathtaking Alpine terroir.
