This zesty IPA captures the flavours of Riwaka and Mosaic – soft vinous and herbal notes from Riwaka reminiscent of sweet Woodruff, freshly mown grass and orange flesh. The Mosaic adds a touch of pineapple and honeydew melon, lingering alongside a soft bitterness to finish. Extra pale, Munich, oats and wheat make up the malt base, lending a softness with some slightly biscuity notes which complements and maximises the fruity hop flavours before ebbing away to leave a refreshing, pithy finish.
