Pucker up for this one! A whopping 250 g/L of fruit addition has pushed this sour to the limit. The wonder child of a raspberry smoothie and raspberry compote, this is one beautifully balanced beer. Smoothness from vanilla & lactose with the sharpness of raspberry and a delicate tickle of strawberry. Easy to drink with a refreshing, tart sweetness. The fruit flavour lingers on to the end finishing with a pithy lemon tartness and a memory of candy floss.
