Tournon, Landsborough Vineyard’, Chardonnay 6x75cl

🍷 Tournon – ‘Landsborough Vineyard’ Chardonnay
Australia | Victoria | Pyrenees | 100% Chardonnay
Style: Still White Wine
Winemaking: Handpicked and gently pressed, this Chardonnay is fermented in French oak barrels (a portion new) and matured on lees with bâtonnage, adding complexity, creaminess, and length
Farming: Grown in the cool-climate Landsborough Vineyard at elevation, where ancient soils and a long ripening season shape wines of great finesse and minerality

🌿 A Chardonnay of balance and precision—rich in flavour, refined in structure.

👁 In the Glass:
Bright straw yellow with green reflections—radiant and fresh.

👃 On the Nose:
Elegant and layered. Aromas of toasted brioche, pineapple, and melon rise from the glass, balanced by zesty lemon peel and a whisper of vanilla oak.

👅 On the Palate:
Creamy yet crisp. Tropical fruit richness meets citrus vibrancy, all wrapped in a rounded texture and cut by focused acidity. The mineral finish is long and clean, offering both power and poise.

🍽 Food Pairing:
An excellent match for roast chicken, seared scallops, creamy mushroom risotto, or grilled lobster. Ideal for sophisticated seafood or poultry dishes.

⏳ Ageing Potential:
Drink now for its freshness and vibrancy, or cellar for 4–6 years to enjoy added complexity and mellowed richness.

✨ Why You’ll Love It:
‘Landsborough Vineyard’ Chardonnay is a brilliant showcase of cool-climate Australian winemaking—precise, textural, and irresistibly elegant. A wine that hits the sweet spot between richness and restraint.
