Fine Wine from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
A Dark Amber wine. On the nose, it captivates with beautifully developed aromas, featuring delicate notes of lightly toasted oak. This is complemented by a complex blend of nuts, orange pulp, propolis, and a striking salty, almost spicy minerality. On the palate, the wine presents a rich, full-bodied profile, with a texture that remains fresh and vibrant even after years of aging. Its signature high Tokaj acidity cuts through the sweetness, creating a perfectly balanced taste. The finish is long, persistent, and driven by that invigorating acidity. A modern take on Tokaj’s legendary selections.
