Nose: vanilla, malted barley, meringue, honey and citrus, hints of sweet fruits mingle together with some nuts and syrup.
Palate: Some nicely balanced spices and fruit on the front of the palate, hints of soft sweet smoke, flinty and rich, baked Alaska sponge cake, dates and plumbs, some soft vanilla and gentle honey mix with a sweet spice in the finish.
