This high-altitude red provides an extraordinarily elegant, lighter-bodied take on the traditionally powerful Xinomavro grape. Following a gentle, temperature-controlled fermentation, the juice matures in large, seasoned oak barrels for twelve months to soften its structure without hiding its delicate aromatics. It reveals a bright core of wild strawberry, dark cherry, and subtle forest floor spice, framed by fine, silky tannins—a vibrant red that shines even brighter when served slightly chilled.

Thymiopoulos Vineyards is driven by winemaking visionary Apostolos Thymiopoulos, who has brought international acclaim to the Naoussa region of northern Greece. Situated in the village of Trilofos, the estate works strictly with the indigenous Xinomavro grape across a series of distinct microclimates.
