🌟 A beautifully poised Cape red—vibrant, aromatic, and layered with elegance and spice.

👁 In the Glass:
Bright ruby—lively and translucent.

👃 On the Nose:
Precise and fragrant with aromas of red cherry, violet, and rose petals. Subtle notes of cinnamon, cardamom, and earthy spice weave through for added complexity.

👅 On the Palate:
Supple and juicy with ripe red fruit, fine-grained tannins, and bright, balanced acidity. Layers of spice and gentle savoury notes lead to a long, moreish finish.

🍽 Food Pairing:
Fantastic with grilled lamb, spiced vegetable tagine, charcuterie, or herb-roasted chicken. Its juicy, layered style pairs well with both vibrant and savoury dishes.

⏳ Ageing Potential:
Delicious now for its freshness, but can develop beautifully over 5–7 years, gaining further depth and softness.

Thorne & Daughters’ ‘Wanderer’s Heart’ is a sophisticated Cape blend—elegant, expressive, and masterfully balanced. With its pure fruit, floral lift, and spice-laced complexity, it’s a red that captivates from first sip to last.
