Bright yellow in colour, hints of herbs, pepper and fresh apple on the nose which continues on to the palate. Crisp, fresh and fruity with a pinch of black pepper.
Tasted this at the winery and was blown away by the freshness and crispness of the fruit and the acidity is electric.
