There’s a touch of mid palate sweetness, some mocha and black olive and the soft tannins are integrated seamlessly through the mid palate. The subtle use of oak allows the rich dark fruit to take center stage. A wonderful fruit driven expression of Barossa Valley Shiraz and outstanding value too.
