Tasting Note: “A single cask of Islay malt, matured in a small Bourbon barrel, previously used to mature whiskey at the Koval Distillery. Fine peat, sea breeze and iodine, this has a delicate sweet campfire smoke, warm spice and hints of barley sugar.“
