Crafted using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle, it aims to express the purity, freshness and aromatic profile of the variety, revealing elegance and complexity.
Lemon-yellow colour, with fine and persistent bubbles, revealing good gas integration. Fresh and fruity profile, with characteristic notes of Alvarinho, complemented by slight nuances of toasted bread resulting from bottle aging. Balanced between acidity and structure, with a mineral character, elegant texture, and growing complexity. Long and persistent finish.
