This beer is a blend of 2 barley wines aged for over 18 months in whisky barrels.
This barley wine was aged in a 16 year old Highland park and 12 year old Tomitin barrels. along with New Zealand Mountain Horopito and Kawakawa (Piper excelsum).
It is ready to be drunk now. Maybe with your local member of parliament or maybe with someone who actually gives a shit about you.
Expect a big boozy beast with loads of whisky (hints are not on the cards) a spicy black pepper bite, raisins and dried fruit combined with life long regret.
Drink at what ever temperature you see fit. but start cold. if you want 😉
