Seaweed & Aeons & Digging & Fire & Overproof is a bold, high-strength spirit that demands respect. At 50% ABV, this overproof expression delivers intensity and complexity in equal measure.
Tasting Notes: Expect a powerful initial hit of alcohol heat, followed by layered flavours that unfold across the palate. The character is robust and uncompromising, with maritime and mineral notes that suggest its name. Finish is long and warming, with lingering spice and depth. Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to open up the spirit’s full range of flavours. A spirit for the adventurous drinker seeking something distinctive and memorable.
