Saint Clair Barrique Sauvignon Blanc represents a refined interpretation of New Zealand’s signature varietal. Aged in French oak barrels, this wine develops layered complexity beyond the typical herbaceous profile
Expect ripe stone fruit, subtle vanilla, and a creamy texture that balances the wine’s natural acidity. The barrel maturation softens the wine’s edges while preserving the bright, mineral-driven character Sauvignon Blanc is known for.
A rich, perfumed wine showing complex aromas of gooseberry and vanilla pod combined with notes of wild flowers, butterscotch and a hint of gunflint
