Nose: Summer fruits including melon and apricot, sweet peaches and soft spiced chewy caramel, some herbal notes with a touch of summer straw with green apple skins.
Palate: With a rich chocolate moose note and tangy ginger and fruit malt loaf, juicy fruit and nut with succulent raisins,
As the dram comes towards the finish a lot of body develops with spiced fruit and cracked black pepper, with a final sweet spicy ginger snap. A delicious and perfectly balanced vintage.
