“An Insolent Wine” is how the producer describes this Carignan made from the grapes off 60 year old vines. Well it certainly is a bit ‘love-it-or-hate-it’ as it is big, powerful, earthy and gruff. In the same way that people love or hate Marmite, you’ll love or hate this, but you really should try it!
