It has a medium-bodied palate with very fine tannins, purity and balance but keeping the Mediterranean touch with some Mediterranean herbs resonating in the finish. Delicious! It comes from old ungrafted vines fermented in small stainless steel tanks with 50% whole clusters and matured in a 5,000-liter oak vat and 500-liter barrels for 10 months.
