A lovely new lower priced red from a long term favourite producer of ours Quinta do Crasto.
This is a fairly classic Douro red blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz. It’a touch fresher and lower in alcohol, quite floral on the nose, has lots of plum and berry fruit with a touch of spice. It’s a juicy and very drinkable red that would prove to be pretty food versatile.
