Polly’s Brew – Fallow Plans

We’re all about upping our game with the Augment range; constantly developing techniques and bettering our output with each release. Fallow Plans is the next step in this progress, as we’ve upped our DIPA game once again. Named for a spot in our brew plans back when we were planning our latest round of beers back in May, Fallow Plans is Team Polly’s going all out on the hop and malt bill for a DIPA amplified up to eleven with generous lashings of Columbus, El Dorado, Simcoe and Mosaic. Featuring a shedload of tropical and sticky sticky dank hops, this is exactly where we want our big boy beers to be
