Top Quality Pinot Noir – savoury cherry fruit and delicacy, with an underlying smoke and earth character suggesting the complexity in store
Founded in 2001, Christian Peth and his wife Maja Luise lead the team at Weingut Peth-Wetz, located between Worms and Alzey in Germany’s Rheinhessen. As both owner and cellarmaster, Christian cultivates 30ha of vineyards around the towns of Bermersheim, Dalsheim and Westhofen, where his vines grow in loess and limestone soils.
