Pearse Lyons Distillery, housed in the historic St James’ Church in Dublin, embodies six generations of family distilling. This 5-year-old single malt, distilled and bottled in Ireland, honours a lineage rooted in craftsmanship and a deep commitment to quality. The expression is presented as a mature testament to Irish tradition and the Lyons family’s ongoing contributions to the city’s whisky heritage.
The spirit is matured in refill bourbon casks, finished at a robust strength, and bottled at 46% ABV. This deliberate maturation and cask choice yield a refined profile that reflects both provenance and the careful stewardship of its makers, offering a clear expression of Pearse Lyons’ philosophy and Irish whisky character.
