Pablo y Walter Malbec 75cl

Tasting Note

A partnership between Paul (pablo) Boutinot and renowned winemaker Walter Bressia is one that is very fruitful (get the pun?). Using 25 year old malbec vines this is a wine with a fairly intense ruby colour, notes of violets and ripe plums and blueberries. This is a lighter Malbec and definitely one worth tasting.

Boutinot has been working with growers in Argentina for over 15 years, constantly sourcing the best value from vintage to vintage. Over the last few years, winemaker Eric Monnin has been working tirelessly to secure the best long term contracts for these important wines sourced from specific old vine estates in Mendoza.
