A wonderfully expressive Orkney single malt from Elixir Distillers’ independent bottler, Single Malts of Scotland. This expression is a marriage of three Oloroso sherry butts. Their influence gives a remarkably rich sweetness to the smoky expression, with plum, raisin, fig and orange peels coming through, along with dark chocolate and walnuts. A bold, round and gently warming dram.
