🌟 A bold and structured dry Furmint—mineral, vibrant, and unmistakably Tokaji.
👁 In the Glass:
Pale straw with greenish glints—clean and luminous.
👃 On the Nose:
Fresh and focused. Aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus peel are layered with white flowers, crushed stone, and a faint touch of smoky minerality.
👅 On the Palate:
Tense and textural. Crisp acidity carries flavours of quince, lime, and white peach across a firm mineral backbone. The palate is dry and vibrant, with a subtle oak roundness and a long, saline finish.
🍽 Food Pairing:
Ideal with grilled river fish, creamy mushroom dishes, roast chicken, or tangy cheeses. A dry white that pairs beautifully with complex and savoury cuisine.
⏳ Ageing Potential:
Enjoy now for its youthful energy, or cellar for 5–8 years to explore its deeper, honeyed evolution.
✨ Why You’ll Love It:
Mandolás is Oremus’s modern, dry take on Furmint—capturing the soul of Tokaj in a wine that’s precise, mineral, and full of vitality. A stunningly elegant white with a volcanic edge.
