Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
Barrel Aged Imperial Coconut Chocolate Ice Cream Stout
The culmination of years of experimentation, this stout blends the richness of chocolate and coconut with the creamy qualities we have developed in our fruited sour beers. After aging in whiskey barrels, the result is an ice cream-inspired stout that is as indulgent as it sounds. Sweetness is balanced by the depth of the base beer and the complexity of the barrel, making it both over-the-top and surprisingly nuanced. It is a true showcase of pastry stout craftsmanship.
