Casks: Ex-bourbon casks & European Sherry Oak
Tasting Note: Rich caramel, honey-nut cornflakes, juicy strawberry and peaches, soft ripe mango, clifftop heather and gentle earthy spices delight the nose. The palate is deliciously fruity and smooth, with a stunning warm caramel and salted nut tang on the finish letting you know that this has spent a long time maturing in that fresh sea air.
