Many of you will be grateful that we do not celebrate Koledari – the Bulgarian tradition of singing carols from midnight on Christmas Eve, through the early hours, from house to house… Better to get a good night’s sleep.
Perhaps we could introduce a new tradition? Sing a few carols, after enjoying two of our most popular wines from close to the Black Sea.
They have been imported by our good friend Georgi, who many of you have met (pouring and talking about his wines) at the Caviste shops.
