Uniquely Delicious & Delicously Unique: Dry White Port
The grapes for this wine undergo a lengthy maceration with the skins. It is vinified in lagares, occasionally with foot treading. Fermentation continues almost to dryness before the addition of vinic cognac. It ages in small old oak barrels in the cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia for a minimum of 3 and a half years before bottling.
Tasting Note: Rich and refined, with a luscious aroma of nuts and almonds that lingers on the palate, culminating in a fresh and concentrated finish, thanks to its extended aging in small, aged oak barrels.
