🌟 A charming Champagne rosé—vibrant, elegant, and irresistibly expressive.

👁 In the Glass:
Delicate salmon-pink with fine, persistent bubbles—bright and graceful.

👃 On the Nose:
Fragrant and inviting. Notes of wild strawberries, redcurrants, and pomegranate are lifted by floral hints of rose petal and citrus zest. Fresh, fruity, and refined.

👅 On the Palate:
Lively and well-balanced. Red berry flavours meet crisp acidity and a creamy mousse, with subtle notes of brioche and mineral undertones adding depth. Finishes clean and dry, with a lingering whisper of fruit.

🍽 Food Pairing:
Perfect as an apéritif or paired with smoked salmon, sushi, duck breast, or raspberry tart. A versatile rosé that shines with both savoury and sweet.

⏳ Ageing Potential:
Delicious now for its brightness and charm, or enjoy within 3–4 years to preserve its fresh fruit profile.

✨ Why You’ll Love It:
Gremillet’s Rosé d’Assemblage captures the joy of Champagne—crisp, delicate, and fruit-forward, with the finesse to elevate any celebration or moment worth savouring.
