Germar Breton Rosé stands out for its elegant depth and bright fruit character.
Winemaking: It’s 60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 5% estate Coteaux Champenois, all hand-picked. After primary fermentation, the blend spends 24 months on lees, followed by a gentle dosage and finale ageing before release. At 8 g/L dosage, this rosé marries strawberry, cherry and pink grapefruit on the nose with a silky palate of red berries and brioche undertones.
Pairing Suggestions: Charcuterie, lamb or red-fruit tarts
Tasting Note: Soft orange-pink robe, intense aromas of cherry, raspberry and brioche, and a silky finish of red fruits and lively bubbles.
Origin: Côte des Bar, Champagne, France
