Germar Breton’s single-varietal Chardonnay is a blanc de blancs that delivers precision and poise.
At 8 g/L dosage, it strikes a flawless balance between citrus acidity, fresh peach and harmonious biscuit notes, making it a must-have for fans of zingy, minerally Champagne.
Winemaking: Made exclusively from estate fruit, this cuvée is drawn from the “heart of the press” and vinified at low temperature to preserve delicate aromatics. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel, followed by 30 months on lees in bottle to develop creaminess before dosage and disgorgement.
Pairing Suggestions: Oysters, lobster or exotic fruit desserts
Tasting Note: Pale gold with green highlights, it shows peach, pineapple and vanilla, finishing with bright citrus lift and fine brioche.
Origin: Côte des Bar, Champagne, France
Alcohol: 12.0%
Blend: Chardonnay
