🍷 Champagne Drappier – Millésime Exception
France | Champagne | Vintage Brut | Pinot Noir & Chardonnay
Style: Sparkling White Wine | Vintage Champagne | Elegant and Textural
Winemaking: Made using the traditional method with a first fermentation in stainless steel followed by secondary fermentation in bottle. Aged for several years on lees to develop complexity, creaminess, and finesse.
Farming: From sustainably farmed, family-owned vineyards in the Côte des Bar and Montagne de Reims, where Pinot Noir thrives on limestone-rich soils, contributing richness and structure to this exceptional cuvée.
