Inspired by the infamous rucolino, our amaro is characterised by rocket leaves which give it a smooth, delicate and subtle piquant flavour.
Our secret recipe also includes Amalfi Lemons and a mixture of other citus, spices, herbs and roots.
Capri Amaro was created to celebrate the birth of Don Vinceno’s grandson Piero, which he famously toasted with a cafe corretto overlooking the famous faraglioni rocks of Capri.
