Fine Wine from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
From breezy vineyards overlooking False Bay, this sustainably produced natural Pinot Gris has spent 4 days on its skins, allowing the flavour and a touch of tannin to seep out and enhance the character and texture of the wine. Notes of peach and a touch of green apple are followed by a clean, fresh finish. The range of South African wines from New Theory is exciting. Their ethos is no-nonsense, sustainably produced wines made with minimal intervention.
