Tom Benz Mosel Riesling Passion is a dry Riesling with real drive and definition; crisp, expressive and beautifully composed. Sourced from steep Mosel hillside vineyards including Günterslay, Burglay and Kapellchen, the mix of slate, gravel and clay soils brings a distinctive mineral edge and a sense of precision to the wine.
Expect bright citrus and orchard-fruit aromas, a clean, stony backbone on the palate, and a long, mouth-watering finish that stays fresh rather than sharp. Complex without being heavy, Passion is a brilliant match for seafood, Asian spice, or simply as a seriously classy aperitif.
