And then remember the feeling once it was over and that you wanted it to happen again? That is what this is like when you try this wine. Your first sip is full of expectation and apprehension, and then once you’ve tried it once, you want more and more and more!

Producer

Formerly an assistant to the legendary Valpolicella producer Giuseppe Quintarelli, Nicola Ferrari and his wife Laura now make their wines from 4ha of organically farmed vines in Fumane. Production is between 25000 – 30000 bottles per year, so this is a very discreet operation, and the wines are nothing short of sensational.
