Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh on the nose, with strong aromatics of rye spice, and a little mintiness. Very refreshing and approachable.

Palate: Soft and smooth, notably smoother than many ryes, in fact, this has great balance between the herbal spiciness of fennel and caraway seed and the creamy toffee notes from the cask.

Finish: Dry, spicy and clean.
