Merlet Crème de Mure is a beautiful blackberry liqueur made with blackberries harvested in late summer, The blackberries are perfectly ripe, packed with flavour.
Nose: Natural and fruity blackcurrants on the nose, soft and gentle autumnal notes, hints of soft vanilla and caramel.
Palate: As zesty on the opening as fresh blackberries can be, a great balance of sweetness and a light golden creamy undertone, with a smooth and fruity aftertaste.
