The bright, pale color of Malvasia Bianca seems to reflect the dazzling white of Salento’s stones — the same white found in the dry-stone walls, the masserias, and the limewashed walls of the countryside houses. It is a wine that carries the lightness and clarity of the air, a subtle song that echoes the voice of wildflowers and aromatic herbs.
Each sip recalls the poetry of Vittorio Bodini, who described Salento as a “land of light and wind”: essential, clear, and full of truth.
