50% Viognier, 20% Roussanne, 20% Marsanne, 10% Clairette and Grenache Blanche, aged in big oak barrels for 6 months.
On the nose, aromas of toast, white fruits, pear, and peach. Velvety and round on the palate, with a rich texture, aromas of white fruits in syrup, dried apricot, and vanilla.
A great aperitif and matches well to white meats, fish and cheeses.
