Mannochmore 10 Year Old 2011 Hidden Spirits 53.8% – 70cl
Nose: Hints of sweet spices, soft gingerbread and a little touch of bald pepper, vanilla, soft lemon and a little lime peel, some soft flaky sweet pastry and almonds
Palate: Smooth and soft vanilla and runny honey with a touch of soft caramel, the mid palate is a much bolder taste than expected with a nice mix of pears and soft baked apple, pepper and toasted fruit cake.
