Nose: A very rich and fruity nose, packed with winter berries and rounded sherry cask notes of Red Apples, red grapes with hints of strawberry, damson jam and hints of soft leather
Palate: Fresh cut hay and summer grasses with a hint of orange spiced candy bars, lots other flavours come flooding through like rich Blackcurrant, cedar sheets with dried fruits like raisins, Some sweet and delicate green spices, creamy buttercream and toasted pine, soft fruity notes keep coming through to the lingering finish.
